Hotel Escad Quartier Dix30 - Brossard

Had a great time at Escad Quartier Dix30! The view from our room on the 16th floor was fine, and the electric charging stations were super convenient. Just a heads up, the bathroom setup can be a bit awkward for sharing. A solid stay!

Extremely spacious and perfect room, fairly clean hotel in general.

The rooms with a modern decor. A huge variety of facilities such as: cable channels, a microwave oven and a fridge. Awesome views, great and stunning location close to stores and restaurants.

The hotel has stylish and MODERN rooms with cutlery, a Nespresso machine and very comfy bed. Nice that the property is in the heart of the city.

The King Studio offered a modern design with a sizable layout. The electric charging stations for cars are a thoughtful touch for those with electric vehicles.

Noise levels from the hallway were quite high, possibly due to thin walls or uninsulated doors. This made it difficult to get a peaceful night's rest. The bathroom layout felt awkward for shared use, with walls not extending to the ceiling and a glass-enclosed shower that might light up the entire space when used. Parking was a hassle, as guests need to use the public parade nearby, and on busy days, a walk of 10-15 minutes to the hotel is a real possibility. Plus, Wi-Fi was unreliable.

The bed was comfortable, and I loved to have access to kitchenette. Location in the heart of the city was a plus. Everyone was welcoming and accommodating.

The property was fairly clean with phenomenal staff. The room was spotless with things such as a hair straightener beside the sink, cutlery and a wonderful view, just what was needed.

Staff hosted a fun eclipse viewing party.

The room was generally tidy, but that awful odor made it unbearable. And if you enjoy firm mattresses, you'll love it-my back did not. I almost considered writing a glowing review, but where was my complimentary breakfast or room upgrade for my trouble? A real letdown, i must say.

The staff welcomed me warmly. The room was immaculate, with a fine city view that brought me joy every morning. Plus, the underground parking was such a convenience, eliminating my worries about finding a spot.

The room was beautifully decorated, and I loved the mini fridge for keepin' snacks cold. Their gym's open 24/7-ya betcha I put that to good use! Just wish there were more options for late-night snacks nearby.

The rooms were spacious and the beds were cozy, contributing to restful nights. I appreciated the respectful staff, who were eager to assist with any request. The city view from my window was a delight. The underground parking was a significant plus.

Great staff helped with carrying luggage. Wi-Fi was unreliable, though.

The room is modern and the bathroom is clean, equipped with shower facilities, a hair dryer, and bath sheets.

This place is so nice and beautiful. They have a restaurant where you can have breakfast. It's a go-to spot around here! 🌟

I stayed here for one night with my daughter and we had a great experience with excellent service and really nice facilities.
